If you're passionate about public service, enjoy analyzing complex legal issues, and want to make a real difference for communities—we'd love to have you join our mission-driven team!

We are a state agency committed to serving the people of California and are seeking an attorney who thrives on solving complex legal problems using in-depth research and sharp legal writing. You will also participate in administrative hearings before the BOE’s Constitutional Board and work collaboratively with the Attorney General’s office to coordinate all phases of litigation, representing the agency in both substantive and personnel matters.

You must have outstanding research and writing abilities and produce clear, precise, and persuasive work; strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail; some litigation experience; and a commitment to ethical public service.

Come join a team that:

• Is collaborative and supportive
